The easiest, most tender pork chops are discovered, and it is all thanks to the power of the slow-cooker and a special mixture of seasoning. This woman demonstrates by placing her six pork chops in the slow cooker to begin.
Since the slow cooker does most of the work, her part is only to add the flavor. She gets out her mixing bowl, knowing the special combination for her dinner guest’s mouth-watering approval. To get it extra tender, how everyone loves, she adds the following: ¼ cup brown sugar, 1 tsp ground ginger, ½ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup ketchup, 2 cloves of smashed garlic, and finally, salt and pepper to taste.
